Shamrock Tortilla Chips Perfect For St. Patrick’s Day!

If you love celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in style, it’s high time you get a load of our cute and clever recipe for shamrock tortilla chips.

Crunchy and crispy, nothing beats chips and dip as a classic party snack. You can even finesse the appetizer and make sure there’s exactly the right chip-to-dip ratio with this yummy artichoke recipe.

But in the spirit of St. Paddy’s Day, we recommend a slightly more mellow approach to your March 17 snacking. Just serve your favorite dip as usual, but add a side of homemade, clover-shaped chips!

These easy shamrock tortilla chips take less than 10 minutes to throw together. Simply use a cookie cutter (or three) shaped like a shamrock leaf, then cut the classic silhouette out of a few green spinach tortillas.

Throw ‘em in the oven to bake, and you’ve got yourself some tasty — and fairly healthy — chips to enjoy!
